Char Koay Teow


Just down the road from our hotel is Kimberly Street, where in the evening dozens of Hawkers set up their stalls. Right outside Sin Guat Keong Coffee Shop is a Char Koay Teow stall – rice noodles fried up with shrimp, egg, beansprouts and chilli. I have to say this was the tastiest noodle dish I’ve had the entire time…
