…7th place!
We’d heard good things about Minh Thuy’s family restaurant so decided to give it a go. There were Vietnamese and Western dishes on the menu but we came here for one thing only, Pho (or fur) a beef noodle broth dish normally eaten for breakfast.
Full of fresh herbs and tender beef, chillies are optional (but not if you’re Seth!). Tastes amazing and good for you, we’re now on a mission to find Hanoi’s best Pho!
We also sampled some traditional fried pork spring rolls and chicken mushroom sticky rice, both delicious and filling! This restaurant prides itself on selling beer cheaper than water, only around 28p for a large bottle of Tiger!
