We stumbled across this street kitchen today, mainly packed out with locals but the guy was so friendly to tourists as well. Only one thing on the menu, so ordering wasn’t a problem!
The dish was called Bun Bo, beef rice noodles topped with peanuts, crispy shallots, herbs, fish sauce, bean sprouts, garlic all in a tangy broth with chilli sauce on the side. Great practise for chopsticks!
