Our journey involved a stop for lunch at a small roadside cafe called Be Phuong.

We ordered beef noodles fried with vegetables. Very simple and perhaps not the best food we’ve eaten but still satisfying and cheap, under £3 for the two of us including beer.

Riding over the Hai Van Pass has been another highlight of our time in Vietnam, we were lucky to have blue skies all the way and the views were truly breathtaking. The ride up to the top of the pass and over is incredible and definitely best experienced on a motorbike!
