They were especially proud of their Murtabah and got the chef to show us how he made it. He made an omelette mix using onions, minced beef and chicken with spices and eggs. He fried the mix on a hot plate and added a ready made roti on top, cooked for a while then added more of the mix and flipped it, so it was like a chicken beef omelette roti sandwich! Genius.

We also added chicken biryani and chicken masala to our order. The food came with a variety of curry sauces, chilli cucumber and fresh sliced pickled onion. The Murtabah was a meal on its own. The chicken masala had a nice heat to it and we ended up totally stuffing ourselves on our first night! All this for around ยฃ4.50 including drinks. Brilliant.
